I’m an experienced and qualified counsellor and have been providing counselling services for over 5 years. Alongside being a counsellor, I have worked with the mental health charity Mind providing mental health & wellbeing support to those in need in the Bristol and Somerset area.
I am a trained Integrative Counsellor, which allows me to offer my clients a variety of methods of psychotherapy. Areas I have specialist training in are body size and weight loss, transgender awareness, LGBT issues, addiction, and anxiety.

Who is counselling for?
Counselling can be for anyone, of any age, sex, race or background. In our busy lives it can be hard to stop and process our thoughts or concerns.
What happens in a counselling session?
We begin with a “introductory session” this is so we can get to know one another, it is important that you are comfortable with your counsellor.
